Fuyote use casting in floating seal manufacture. Compared to forging process, casting floating seal can be used under high temperature, high pressure, and high velocity circumstance. Casting product has better wearing resistance and longer useful life. Also Fuyote use high chromium molybdenum in metal rings which could keep sealing ability stability.
Sharp instruments cannot be used during assembly which may damage the o-ring and cause eventual failure.
